The sauce is smooth and spicy, all natural, and light enough to not cover up the taste of these meaty ribs. The ribs are smoked over hickory which gives them a light smoky flavor. To serve, you can grill them, heat in a conventional oven for 30 minutes, or microwave for 10 minutes. The ribs are tender, juicy, and perfect for dinner or a barbecue. If left in the packaging, the ribs will last up to 60 days refrigerated. Once opened, they are best eaten within 3 to 5 days. Portion : Each rack has 12 bones. One rack weighs approximately one pound (7 inches long), serving size 209 grams.
